This delicious gluten free chicken burger recipe is made with homemade breadcrumbs and savory sautéed onions. It is so satisfying!
1 lb ground chicken (store bought or make your own)
Breadcrumbs from one loaf of GF bread (Follow THESE instructions)
4 ounces of parmesan – use grated if you are not going to use a food processor
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 large egg
Sliced provolone
White or yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 – 6 TBS salted grassfed butter or ghee
