My journey in cleaner eating began after decades of chronic fatigue that worsened after becoming a working mom of 2. I found that eating gluten-free and refined sugar-free, while also limiting dairy, helps my body feel lighter, healthier, and more energetic.
This website is my effort to share what I have learned, in the hopes of making this process more approachable for others who find themselves in a similar situation. Trust me – the recipes you find here get gobbled up by my children and my picky husband! You don’t have to miss out on all the things you love; you just have to find a way to do things differently.
